Leading Canadian outsourcing company TELUS International announced today that it acquired the Irish customer service, support and sales division Voxpro.

Approximately 2,700 people from the Voxpro team, including its management team, will join TELUS International. Thus, the total number of company employees worldwide will grow to about 28,000 and the number of service languages to over 35.

More than 400 Bulgarians living abroad have declared interest in returning to the country and working in the IT sector, according to the I WANT HERE relocation program of TELUS International, which operates in the outsourcing sector. The company based in Sofia plans to hire about 150 people by the end of the year.
